Frogmore Road / Eversley Road

Recently I sent a message informing you of a new road lay out at Frogmore Road / Eversley Road in Sketty.

We have been actively patrolling the location and advising drivers of the new one way system.

However, due to demand, we cannot spend hours of our shift monitoring drivers that do not adhere to the new lay out.

or simply miss the signs.  There are other areas of concern locally and calls we need to attend.

Also, as it has been suggested, that I should “ticket” or give “penalty points” for drivers who make these errors.

Whilst I appreciate your frustrations, this is not something PCSOs are responsible for.

The road layout is clearly marked, and there will always be a teething period, whereby signs are missed.

Please take caution when using this road, we will continue to patrol and prevent when possible.
