Community Outreach van

We have again joined up with Shropshire Council's Winter Outreach Wellbeing Van, and in this occasion we were joined by the Shropshire Mental health Support van. The services and advice offered and very wide reaching and varied, but are all centred around health & wellbeing, both physical and mental, and they travel around all over the County

Reaching out to harder to reach communities and individuals is an important service which is often missed, so this is something we are always happy to join in with.
