|
22-year-old man arrested on suspicion of possession of Class A Drugs with intent to supply.
After receiving complaints of drug use and anti-social behaviour, local officers conducted plain clothes patrols in the GARRATT LANE, SW18 area on Saturday the 29th of November.
At approximately 7.30pm, officers observed a vehicle parked up in the vicinity of GARRATT LANE and WALDRON ROAD. The driver’s behaviour raised officer suspicions resulting in the vehicle and driver subsequently being searched under Sec 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act.
During the course of the search officers found secreted within the vehicle a large quantity of Class A Drugs consistent with supply.
The driver was subsequently arrested for possession of Class A Drugs with intent to supply. The investigation remains ongoing.
