Male arrested and subsequently charged

After receiving a call from a member of the public about a man seen running with a knife on Ilford High Road, officers from Ilford Police station swiftly used live CCTV to identify the individual and take action. They recovered a knife along with Class B drugs. The man was arrested, charged, and remanded for court proceedings. A big thank you to that vigilant member of the public.
