Attempted Theft of Motorcaravan - Mansfield Avenue, Eldwick BD16

Dear Resident,

On the 04/12/2025 at approximately 12am, two unknown suspects park their vehicle down the road from the victim's address on Mansfield Avenue, Eldwick. The suspects walk towards the victims small motor home and gain entry through the drivers side door and removed the steering lock from the wheel. The suspects were disturbed as victim, not knowing suspects were there, goes to lock his vehicles. Once victim goes back inside, suspects come back to the vehicle and attempt to start the car via unknown means. The victim noticed the disturbance from inside the home and warns the suspect that the police have been called. Suspects then make off from scene in their own vehicle. No known damage was caused and the vehicle was not stolen.
