Stay Safe This Season: Home Security Reminder

Dear Residents,

Following a recent burglary in the Ascot area, we’d like to remind everyone to take extra care in keeping your home secure—especially as we approach the festive season when many people are out and about.

Here are some simple but effective tips:

Lock all doors and windows whenever you leave your home, even for short trips.

Use timers for lights if you’re away, to make your home look occupied.

Keep valuables out of sight and avoid leaving keys near doors or windows.

Check your alarms and CCTV are working properly.

Report any suspicious activity immediately by calling 101 or 999 in an emergency.
