Good News!

On Wednesday the 3rd of December 2025 South Harrow officers were on patrol when their attention was drawn to a vehicle that was registered in East London. Officers stopped the vehicle and spoke to the driver who gave false details. Due to the diligence of officers at the scene they established the driver was lying about his details and that he was actually disqualified from driving! 

The driver was subsequently arrested for driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance and the vehicle seized! After he was arrested he was also searched and a small quantity of cocaine was found on his person, the driver was taken to the police station and interviewed before being charged and remanded to court for all three offences. 

Sergeant Exworthy states; “this arrest is yet another example of Harrow Police’s determination to arrest criminals and secure positive outcomes for the community. Today my officers were proactively patrolling the Harrow area and seized a total of THREE vehicles in one shift for being driven without insurance, we will continue to take uninsured vehicles off of the road and arrest those who commit any type of offence.”
