Drug and Drink and Drive Campaign

Staffordshire Police launched our festive drug and drink drive campaign on Monday 1st December 2025. 

Campaign aim is to raise awareness of the dangers and consequences of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol throughout the festive period until 1st January.

Our aim is to support the work happening nationally to promote this topic throughout December and we plan to share content through our social media channels and targeted social media advertising to reach those who wouldn’t normally follow us.

As well as illegal drugs, our campaign will also explore the dangers of driving after taking prescription drugs, some of which can cause side effects including drowsiness.
