ASB on Moor Road, Rushden

Afternoon, 

I have been receiving reports of noise nuisance around Chiltern Court on Moor Road, Rushden. Following a joint visit with a housing officer I have issued an ASB Advice Letter as the first step on the incremental approach to tackling Anti-Social Behaviour. I have attached a copy of the incremental approach for reference.
