Sussex Alerts November 2025 Welcome to your November Sussex Alerts, the last update before Christmas.
Crime Figures: Burglary: 1 10/11: The Chalet, Ladies Mile Road: rear window forced, items stolen.
Criminal damage: 3 13/11: Sanyhils Avenue: tyres slashed 12/11: Vale Avenue: Car keyed on drive 01/11: Carden Avenue: damaged plant pot
Vehicle Crime: 1 07/11: Brangwyn Crescent: Stolen motor vehicle.
Crime figures continue to remain low for this time of year. We hope that it remains that way. We were made aware by a local resident that there were a group of youths in the Vale Allotments this month. The group decided that they would use one sheds on the site to sit in and smoke cannabis. Officers attended and caught 2 young people on site. They were both issued Community Resolutions. Officers have been carrying out regular patrols in the area to deter any further issues. As always if anyone sees or hears anything please do not hesitate to let us know.
Community Meeting: Our next meeting will be held at the Old Boat Community Centre at 2pm on 2nd December 2025. Local Councillor Anne Meadows will be joining Tillie and I for the meeting. The idea of the meeting is to allow the community to be able to come and talk to their local PCSOS and Councillor about local issues within Brighton and Hove. We hope to see you there.
