Good evening,
I hope this message finds you well. Firstly I am pleased to confirm that several suspects have recently been charged with burglary offences which have occurred around Solihull recently. We have since seen a reduction in offences in our neighbourhood area. We have seen some garages broken into and would encourage you review home security around garage doors, side doors and gates, security lighting, alarms, sensors, physical locks and bollards. Stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity immediately to the police.
🔍 Local Priorities Our current focus areas include: We’re continuing patrols and targeted operations in these areas, and welcome any feedback or concerns you’d like to raise.
🧑🤝🧑 Community Involvement Thank you to everyone who’s taken part in our Streetwatch groups, community Speedwatch volunteers, and other volunteers and supportive members of the public. Your support really does make a difference. If you’d like to get involved, please contact us. We have several opportunities.

Remember to never leave your vehicle unattended when unlocked, or with the engine on. In the colder months, it can be tempting to leave your car defrosting. Criminals take full advantage of this and can steal a car within seconds.
To all those who celebrate it, have a wonderful Christmas and New Year. Keep yourselves and your families safe. Thank you all for your continued support and engagement. Sergeant Bird, St Alphege & Blythe NPT | ||
