Area Coordinators are here to support people to live the life they want in their own community. We work alongside individuals, families, and neighbours to:

Stay strong, safe, and independent – helping you build resilience and confidence.

Make new friends and connections – reducing isolation and strengthening community ties.

Get involved in local activities and groups – encouraging participation and inclusion.

Tackle challenges early – preventing small issues from becoming bigger problems.

This support can include help with low moods and poor wellbeing, feelings of isolation, housing concerns, money worries, or other everyday concerns the strengths already present in your life and community..

We focus on what matters to you and what changes you would like to see happening in your life for the better.
