π¬ Thought for the MonthβLove your neighbour even if you donβt like them.β Jesus taught us to love, not necessarily to like. Liking someone is an emotion β loving is shown through action. π When we choose kindness, we often grow to appreciate others more. π A small act of goodwill can make a big difference on our streets.
π Festive MessageAs we move into the festive season, letβs take a moment to look out for neighbours who may be alone or without family nearby. π A simple βhelloβ, a card, an invite for a cup of tea or checking-in can bring real comfort. βNo one should feel invisible this winter β especially on our own street.β
If you know someone who may be isolated: β Check in on them β Offer a friendly chat or seasonal greeting β Share information about local events they may enjoy attending safely - List of events are below. Together, we can make this season warmer for all.
