Increase in Reports of Anti Social Behaviour in Upper Lighthorne

Dear Resident

Due to an increase in reports of Anti Social Behaviour within Upper Lighthorne we would like to remind you of the ways to report this behaviour to us. 

Antisocial behaviour takes many forms. From aggressive, noisy or abusive behaviour (including vehicles, bicycles, e-bikes and e-scooters) to neighbourhood disturbances involving drugs, abandoned cars or animals.
