The latest edition of the Cascade Newsletter is attached for onward distribution to your members.  For those of you who prefer to receive hard copies, these will be with you in the next few days if you haven't already received them.

If you no longer wish to receive hard copies then please drop an email to GlosNHW@outlook.com and I will remove you from the distribution list.

New Coordinators will only have received a small number of copies, so if you require more then please use the same email address to update your numbers.
