Ward Updates - Recent Patrols and Activity within Laycock Ward

Dear residents,

This is just a quick update on what we have been doing in the ward over the last few weeks. As your Safer Neighbourhood Officers and PCSO's, we have been carrying out regular patrols in our hotspot areas, including Highbury Corner, Paradise Park, Compton Terrace Gardens and Arundel Square. Additionally, we have conducted school patrols and have made sure to be visible around St. Mary Magdalene Church, as we know this has raised a few concerns recently.

During one of our recent patrols outside St. Mary Magdalene Church, an arrest has been made for possession of Class A drugs.

We will continue to keep an eye on these locations and carry out routine patrols. If you notice anything worrying  or want to report an issue, please get in touch with us through MetEngage so we can follow it up.
