By all accounts the cold snap will be back with a vengence in the coming weeks,so please look out for the vulnerable amongst the community,the elderly and all those who struggle.

Sadly for many even the basics are a struggle having to choose between heating and food,and this can also be a lonely time for people this time of year,so please lok out for each other.
