Lowestoft - wanted person appeal

Police are appealing for help to locate a 59-year-old man who is wanted and has connections to the Lowestoft area.

Delfim De Silva is wanted on suspicion of breaching a restraining order.

De Silva is described as 5ft 10ins tall and of slim build, with short, grey hair. He has links to the Lowestoft area in Suffolk as well as the Great Yarmouth area in Norfolk.

Anyone who believes they have seen De Silva, or who has any information regarding his whereabouts, is asked to contact Suffolk Police, quoting reference 37/55688/25, via:
