Airspace restrictions over Windsor for State Visit

Airspace restrictions will be in place over Windsor, as well as parts of East Berkshire, South Buckinghamshire and North Surrey for the state visit of German President, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, hosted by His Majesty The King, on 3 December.

Thames Valley Police is working closely with partners to ensure the event passes safely with minimal disruption to the local community.

Between 3 and 4 December, there will be restricted airspace for aircrafts, including drones, over and around Windsor, except for emergency services and other relevant authorities where emergency circumstances apply .

If you see anything suspicious in the air or on the ground, report it online, via 101, or 999 in an emergency.
