Appeal after assaults in Sudbury |

Police are appealing for witnesses after three assaults in Sudbury which left one person with serious facial injuries.
The incidents took place on Thursday 13 November. Officers were called to King Street at 11.26pm after reports an assault, with altercations taking place at both The Gainsborough and The Comfortable Cow public houses.
Two people were taken to hospital having been hit to the head, while a third person was reportedly punched in the face. One of the victims, a man aged in his 40s, suffered serious facial injuries.
On Wednesday 14 November a 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning grievous bodily harm and taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre for questioning. He was subsequently bailed with conditions to return to police on 5 January.
