Family Hubs Community Information

Dear resident

The attached flyer and document are the Family Hubs current community offer. 

Family Hubs support families with children 0-19 (or 25 with SEND), families can seek advice and guidance through their family support drop ins available at various locations across Telford and Wrekin areas.  They also provide a 4-week Parenting Together programme (information attached) and Playing Together sessions for parents of children 0-5 (information attached).
