Kirkham Christmas light switch on 22/11/25

Good evening

PC Jan Unsworth and PC Dave Underwood attended Kirkham Light switch on this afternoon.

It was fantastic to see such a great turnout of people to support the event.

Big thank you to all the organisers, all the local businesses and all the stall holders. The weather was even better this year. The lights look amazing and the entertainers were entertaining.

We had an attempt at the Christmas film competition at United Reformed Church, but we don't get to watch too many Christmas films when we are out on the streets keeping our communities safe.

May Fylde Neighbourhood Policing team take this opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas, stay safe and enjoy time with your families.

Police will be on duty throughout the festive period.
