||
|
Dear All Residents,
A Good News story 🚨🚨🚨
With thanks to the intelligence received from local residents, officers from Ealing Common Safer neighbourhoods team and colleagues from neighbouring wards attended an address in Marlbourogh Road on 25 June 2025 which was suspected to be a Cannabis factory. Officers forced entry into what appeared to be a derelict house and discovered a large scale Cannabis Factory that occupied the entire house.
One male tried to escape via the rear garden but was tracked by a police dogs, Rebel 🐶 and Yolo 🐶 and was found to be hiding in a neighbouring garden. The male was arrested at the scene and items were found in the property linked to him. Following his arrest the male was charged with being concerned in the production of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B. Following an initial hearing at Uxbridge Magistrates Court the male was remanded in prison until the matter was heard at Isleworth Crown Court.
Following an early guilty plea the male was sentenced on 03/11/2025 to 21 months in prison 🚓 . This would include the time he has been on remand since 25/06/2025.
Its is only with thanks to vigilant members of our community that the discovery of the property was made and could be actioned before the crop was harvested and the proceeds of the drugs used to be benefit those involved.
Many thanks, Ealing Common Safer neighbourhood Team
