MO-VEMBER Mental Health Matters - FREE Wellbeing Event and Agency Showcase at Rhos Library

Hi, 

We invite you to come along to our FREE wellbeing event on FRIDAY 28TH November at Rhos Library - 13:30-15:30.

Mental Health is a journey we all navigate. Several agencies will be in attendance with information stand to allow you to pop along to have an inforamal chat and gain some information.

This is a friendly  and safe environment  for all to attend which also ties in with Movember an initiative that's raises awareness for men's mental health. You may have seen some of our officers supporting the event with their incredible moustaches!

Agencies such as Samaritans, Caniad , Prostate Cancer Support , Dragon Chat , Wrexham Wellbeing Hub , Circle of Freinds  and Papyrus. 

This is free for everyone to attend and inclusive to everyone and we look forward to seeing you here.
