MAN CHARGED WITH DRUGS OFFENCES

A man has been charged after officers seized cash and cocaine in Tamworth. 

Arben Adem Lusha, 33, of no fixed abode, has been charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A – cocaine, driving a motor vehicle in accordance with a licence and using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance. 

It comes after officers stopped a car in Amington yesterday (Thursday 20 November).

Lusha has been remanded in custody ahead of a hearing at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (Friday 21 November).
