Weapons Search

Good afternoon,

Today, SNT officers carried out proactive weapons searches across identified hotspot location, including Manor House Grounds and Havelock Burial Grounds. These area were thoroughly checked, and no weapons or related items were recovered during the search.

Although nothing was found on this occasion, we will continue to maintain a visible presence and conduct targeted weapons searches at least once a week. This ongoing activity forms part of our wider effort to reduce antisocial behaviour (ASB), improve community safety, reassure local residents.

We will keep monitoring these areas closely and adapt our patrols and search location based on the intelligence we receive.
