Large bladed article seized by police

Hello all, 

Today, Wednesday 19th November 2025, officers on patrol discovered a discarded large offensive weapon in the communal area of a block of flats in Forest Gate E7. This weapon has been seized and taken off of the streets. If you find any offensive weapons or bladed articles please contact the police immediately and it will be collected. 

Later during our shift an unrelated arrest was made in relation to a breach of community order and this person will be presented before the courts tomorrow.
