Counterfeit £10 & £20 Notes

Hello Everyone,

I'm sending out a message to make you aware of Counterfeit £10 & £20 Notes that are circulating in the area. Without closer inspection, they look and feel like the real thing.

I have attached a couple of photographs for you to look at. Where the hologram is along the left hand side of the notes, there is a strip that can be pealed off to reveal PROP MONEY at the top.

THESE ARE COUNTERFEIT!

If you come across any of these notes, do not accept as payment for any sort of transaction if you are a business and report it to us via 101 or online.

If you are a member of the public, these have no monetary value and you should take them to a bank or building society or hand them in at your Local Police Station.
