OP SCEPTRE 

Local officers PC Oliver PICKARD & PC Claire HURRELL have been out visiting some of the local businesses in the community as part of OP SCEPTRE week around engagement with the selling of knives and the harm that this can also cause. Whilst Devon & Cornwall have the lowest knife crime figures nationally, we still want to educate and remind local businesses of their obligations and responsibilities. During this week there are amnesty bins at some of the local police stations and officers have also been conducting high visible patrols of areas highlighted as of risk for knife crime and persons linked to knife crime.
