Appeal for information after bicycle is stolen in Cheltenham town centre

We’re appealing for witnesses and information following a report that a bicycle was stolen from the Prom last week.

It was reported that a member of the public had seen two men stealing a bicycle which had Panniers on it from outside Under the Prom at around 5.25pm on Wednesday 12 November.

The men both left in different directions following the incident with one of them riding the stolen bicycle.

One of the men was described as wearing a bright yellow jumper with a logo on it and the man who left on the stolen bicycle was wearing a hoodie, black hat and combat style trousers.

The bike has not yet been located and enquiries are ongoing to identify those responsible for the theft.

Additionally officers have not yet identified the owner of the stolen bicycle and are asking them to come forward so that they can assist with the investigation.
