Drugs Operation in Corfe Tower

Good morning all,

We would like to share news of a successful operation we carried out in Corfe Tower last week.

Over the last few months, the team have received reports of juveniles occupying the vacant flats in Corfe, Beaumaris and Harlech towers and causing ASB to local residents. 

What ensued was months of proactive work by officers, Stop & Searching numerous individuals in the area, gathering relevant intel and piecing linked investigations together.

This culminated in our team forcing entry to a property in Corfe Tower. What resulted were four males being arrested for possession with intent to supply Class B drugs. Five Section 18 searches were conducted and over 35 exhibits were seized including 50 bottles of Codeine, a significant quantity of Cannabis and packaging materials. Links have also been found to a County Lines operation running into Bedfordshire.

We hope that long-term actions such as these will have a significant impact in reducing ASB issues from these blocks.
