We’ve received reports of vehicle registration plates being stolen on The Levels, Brereton between 08:00 hrs and 13:00 hrs on 17/11/2025. Stolen plates are often used to disguise vehicles involved in crime.

Crime Prevention Advice

Secure your plates: Fit anti-theft screws or plate security kits.

Park wisely: Use garages or well-lit areas with CCTV where possible.

Check regularly: Inspect your plates frequently, especially if parked on the street.

Report immediately: If your plates are stolen, call 101 or report online. Inform your insurer and DVLA.
