Knife Crime Zero Tolerance

Carrying a knife is a criminal offence. It does not protect you; it endangers lives and will destroy yours. Anyone found with a knife faces immediate arrest, up to four years in prison, an unlimited fine, and a criminal record that will affect employment, travel, and future opportunities.

Local policing teams are actively conducting random knife sweeps across Wardleworth and surrounding areas. These include tram stops, transport hubs, parks, town centre hotspots, school routes, and community facilities. If you carry a knife, you will be caught.
