Silhill WMnow Update

Good morning,
We hope everyone is safe and well, and nobody has suffered too much disruption from the recent storm.
 

Crime Update:
On the night of the 9th of November there has been a business burglary on Warwick Road whereby unknown offenders have entered a business premises through an insecure window and stolen a radio before being stopped by internal security measures and making off.
 

Two shops have been broken into on Dovehouse Parade on the Warwick Road in the early hours of the 15th of November. The targeted premises had door panels kicked in and one of the shops had the till stolen and later recovered by Police. Extensive enquires around these burglaries have taken place with positive progress made. We look forward to bringing you an update about this investigation in the near future.
 

Good News:
The team have been successful in closing down Dragon Phoenix Massage on Hatchford Brook Road for repeated and flagrant breaches of licence. The local community were rightly vocal about the issues this location brought to the area and thanks to some great partnership working to site is now closed.
 

The team have been out on proactive patrols targeting drugs dealers in the area resulting in a number of vehicles being stopped and stop searches yielding vital intelligence leading to disruptions.
 

The team have made an arrested for a wanted high risk domestic violence suspect who has now been charged and remanded to Court ensuring the victim is safeguarded and the public protected.
 

We have continued our work to try and support Solihull Council in dealing with parking issues in the area, particularly around the schools on our patch.
