Dear Resident A stolen motor vehicle was found on Waveny, Hemel Hempstead, having been stolen earlier in 16/11/2025.
Officers are hoping members of public have information about a grey VW Polo which was found on the road. At 1623hrs of 16/11/25, a medium build male, carrying a white carrier bag and wearing a black hoodie, shorts and shoes, was seen leaving the vehicle and heading towards Washington Avenue.
