Crime Prevention - Keeping your parcels safe this Christmas

Dear Resident,

As we approach the run up to Christmas there is a likelihood many of you will be ordering gifts and packages online ready for the Festive Period.

Unfortunately at this time of year this can also mean there is an increase in those looking to steal parcels that are delivered and left in communal areas or on doorsteps. 

Over the next few weeks we will be speaking to residents to provide crime prevention advice in order to reduce the amount of thefts being committed.

However, we also wanted to share a message on here to raise awareness around the potential increase in thefts and encourage you all to utilise safe places for your deliveries or, if you are unable to take receipt of your package, to delay the deliveries until you are available. Whilst we appreciate this is not always possible it can be an effective way to ensure your parcels remain safe.
