Safer Business Action Week

Today, Friday 14th November 2025, Fulham Safer Neighbourhood Team supported the national Safer Business Action Week to help tackle business and retail crime in our local communities.

Police and partners visited local retailers and other businesses to understand more about the issues they are facing on a daily basis.

Throughout the day, we worked closely with Fulham BID, Safer Business Network and retail security providers, to deliver a focussed operation consisting of: joint patrols with partners; hi visibility patrols engaging with local business and the community; plain clothes patrols for the targeted intervention of prolific offenders.

Enforcement action was taken as part of this initiative, with one person arrested and a further two persons receiving an out of court disposal by officers employed on this operation throughout the day.
