fake £50 Bank Note

Dear Resident Business owner, 

The week Your local Neighbourhood Police Team have been Patrolling local Businesses  to support and stop shoplifting and other crimes in the Lees and Grotton area.

A report has been made from one shop owners that previously a fake £50 had been used to pay for goods and she was aware this had occurred to another shop owner also in this area, The male also stated he had given her more money that he had and received back in change and more  money was handed back to him as well. 

This type of scam makes  the victim feel like it was there fault and sometimes foolish but please remember if it happens to you, you are the honest person and you have just made a mistake.

This is fraud and can be reported to the Police.
