Emergency Services Cadet Visit

On Monday 10th November, Special Constable Phil Croney and I visited the South Northamptonshire Emergency Services Cadet detachment based in Towcester. We watched the cadets whilst they practiced drill and learned about the history of Policing and the Peelian Principles.
