Criminal damage to businesses in Falmouth Town Centre |
||
|
Police are seeking the assistance of the public after a male caused thousands of pounds worth of damage to numerous business premises in Falmouth on the evening of Sunday 9th November. The male is believed to have been drinking in several public houses before using a paint cannister to cause damage to at least 25 business premises. Inspector Rick Milburn of Falmouth Police said of the incident: ‘We need the help of the public to identify this imbecile who left both his art and his IQ at the scene of 25 criminal damages. Our graffiti artist clearly forgot the golden rule that cameras don’t need tickets to the show. Not only did this individual leave a clearly defined ‘tag’ on all the premises targeted, but he was also caught extensively on camera and was seen by a witness with evidence on his hands. If you believe that you know the identity of this person, please contact us via the website or 101 quoting crime number 50250289952 in order that we can arrest him for the thousands of pounds worth of criminal damage that he caused. I’d also like to remind the public that we at Falmouth Police appreciate creativity, just not on other people’s property.’
