CHINGFORD GREEN SNT TRAFFIC OPERATION Chingford Green SNT conducted a targeted traffic enforcement operation, “Operation CUBO” on 12.11.2025to address concerns about speeding and dangerous driving on DRYSDALE AVENUE E4 & CONNAUGHT AVENUE E4 The objective of the operation was to improve road safety and deter motorists from breaking traffic laws in key areas identified as having a higher risk of accident Operation Outcome Summary: Duration: 0930 until 1530 Location: Drysdale Avenue E4 Junction with Epping Way & Connaught Avenue Junction with The Drive E4 Resources deployed: 5 X PCSO, 1 X Police Inspector, 1 X Police Sergeant, 16 x Police Constables including the Safer Transport Team Officers. Total vehicles stopped: 61 Total offences detected: 3 Notices of Intended Prosecution (NIPs) issued: 3 Other actions: 1 X Vehicle seized The results of this operation show our commitment to ensuring the safety of all road users in Chingford Green Ward. We hope this serves as a reminder that we will take action against those who choose to ignore speed limits and drive irresponsibly. Road safety is a shared responsibility.
