Suspicious Incident Appleby Magna

Good evening all,

Today (11/11/25) I have attended a report of a suspicious male at Appleby Magna who was possibly taking photographs of school children in the alley way between Church Street and Top Street in the village.  The incident occurred around 1545hrs.  The male is described as being a white male, around 5'7" tall and of average build.  He had short grey hair and is believed to be around 50 years old.  He had black glasses and was wearing a dark blue coat and jeans.  He was carrying a dark blue coloured Apple iPhone.
