Safeguarding of a Neighbour

With the information given by a concerned neighbour Chelsea Safer Neighbourhood Officers attended an address on The World's End Estate. 

The resident was in a situation that required urgent assistance from partner agencies. 

The Officers put on an extensive Safeguarding Report for the resident and moving forward the resident will get the help and assistance they require.

Thank you to the concerned neighbour who raised the alarm. A neglected resident has now got the help they need.
