✅ Good News from Your Local Policing Team ✅

Overall a very positive week in Spring vale. I have being working very closely with local store owner to help try and reduce shop theft. I have being conducting regular patrols in the busy times where these shop theft are happening, and obtaining CCTV images to stop this from happening again by taking the necessary action needed to reduce this from continuing. Offered crime prevention advised and educated the retailer the importance of using Wmnow. 

Visited the baby club session at Spring Vale Library which was successful, engaged with the young children and got involved with the activates then were doing. They were happy seeing a friendly local PCSO in the community. Also attended the East Park run which was another enjoyable event, gave some crime prevention advice also supported the runs and encouraged them to the finishing line. 

Conducted some reassurance patrols at Sedgley Beacon, and the local schools in Spring Vale.

Three vehicle seized for not having any Tax or MOT also one was seized for involvement in a crime, well done to officers in Ettinghsall team.

Shop theft crime has risen in recent weeks, please be careful and mindful when out and about in the local shops. We will be conducting more regular patrols, and working very closely with shop keepers, we are also offering safety security devices for them to help them feel safe within the community.

✅ Crime Prevention Tips:

Please keep safe, especially during this Halloween season, double check who approaches your doorway if anyone looks suspicious don't open the doors, also double checked that your vehicle is locked and secured with security devices, double check door locks and cameras, are active and working, and install motion sensor lights, also be careful off scammers.
