Fake £20.00 notes in Hyde Town Centre

Hi Resident,

The team have have been advised this week that a person/s have been attempting to use fake £20.00 notes in Hyde town centre. The notes are poor in quality and have the words ‘PROP MONEY’ printed in the corner of the note. 

If you are a business, please make sure you check any notes you receive as in busy periods it can be easy to miss.
