It’s getting cold, and those who are vulnerable on our streets are particularly vulnerable this time of the year. Please visit streetlink.org.uk if you want to help connect someone who is sleeping rough. They ask that you provide:

A specific location for the rough sleeping site.

Details of the time that the rough sleeper has been seen at that location.

Any information that will help support services find them. For Example, gender, approximate age and what they were wearing.
