Drugs Warrant Executed – Barton

     Good afternoon, 

On the morning of 6th November 2025, officers from Neighbourhood Team 3 and our Op Kinetic colleagues executed a Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act warrant at an address in Barton following a stream of intelligence which was presented to the magistrate’s court. 

The warrant was carried out with the support of Sgt Jackson 2373, PC Howson 2583, and PCSO Stefanescu 7575, alongside the rest of the team. 

During the search, suspected cannabis and drug paraphernalia were recovered from a vehicle, outbuildings, and inside the property. Two individuals have been reported for possession offences. Housing association partners also attended and have taken action regarding the occupants.

To some, this may appear to be a small incident — but for us, it represents a vital step in acting on the intelligence we receive and building trust within our communities. Every action, big or small, contributes to the wider effort to disrupt criminal activity and keep Barton safe.
