Lots of people enjoy fireworks, but they can be distressing to animals and other people.
If you know there are animals, whether livestock or pets, nearby please be considerate. Fireworks can be used from 7am to 12pm on November 5th, but not after that time.
It’s an offence to throw or set off any firework including sparklers, firecrackers or bangers in or into any highway, street, thoroughfare or public space.
If you’re having an ongoing problem with people setting off fireworks, please report it to us here: Report antisocial behaviour | Devon & Cornwall Police
