Pin Your Poppy - Remembrance day

Local primary schools were invited to create Poppies for display on our Unknown Tommy statue at Malvern Police Station , in honour of remembrance day.

 Some students from The Grove, Suckley, Malvern Wells and Upton upon Severn Primary schools made some truly wonderful poppies to honour our fallen heroes. 

Some of the children came along to the station to have their photo taken with the statue and their wonderful creations. 

A huge thankyou to everyone who took part and helped us mark this important occasion of remembrance.

On Tuesday 11th November, our Unknown Tommy Statue will be joined by five others at Malvern Police Station for a wreath-laying ceremony paying tribute to former and serving police officers and members of the armed forces. 

We will remember them.
