PC Hettiarachchige Don attended Cheetham Community Primary School’s ‘Too great for Hate’ assembly, an inspiring event focused on celebrating diversity, equality, and inclusion. The assembly brought together pupils, teachers and members of the community to share a positive message about kindness, respect and standing up against hate in its forms. During the presentation , the children highlighted their creativity and understanding through Poetry, singing and drama performances, each piece highlighting the importance of treating everyone with fairness and compassion. Their enthusiasm and thoughtful messages demonstrated how powerful young voices can be in promoting unity and acceptance within our community. PC Hettiarachchige Don praised the School for their commitment to fostering an inclusive environment and reminded everyone that hate has no place in our society .
